Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Platform Ownership: Own all digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration, security, and optimal performance. Manage the full system lifecycle (upgrades, migrations, compliance). Lead BAs and UI/UX designers for requirement analysis and design. Collaborate with IT and vendors on development, testing, and maintenance.
- IT Business Partnership: Partner with stakeholders to identify digital needs, translate business requirements into technical specs, and align roadmaps. Lead requirement analysis, prototype design, and product documentation. Prioritize automation, user experience, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Manage end-to-end project delivery using agile methodologies, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Facilitate workshops for feedback, conflict resolution, and buy-in. Communicate progress and risks clearly.
- Innovation & Global Expansion: Drive digital transformation with AI, data analytics, and automation for eCommerce financing and credit underwriting. Champion scalable solutions for global expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: 12+ years in digital product/platform management, 5+ years in fintech, lending, or internet-based industries. Proven track record with CRM, LMS, or client-facing portals. Degree in Business, IT, or related field (e.g., Business Admin, Comp Sci, Eng) with agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify technical concepts. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (written and verbal).
