My client is a leading insurance company and they are looking for a Senior Claims Officer to join their winning team.
about the job.
- Assist in reviewing work-flow, implementing continuous claims process improvement
- Assess and approve claims within company guideline
- Meet service turnaround time and achieve claims SLA
- Handle enquiries from distribution / customer enquiry team or complaint team
skills & experiences required.
- With at least 5 years of relevant working experience in insurance field. Solid experience in hospitalisation and accidental claims is highly preferable
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- With excellent communication skills and strong customer centric mindset
- Proficient PC skills including MS office, familiar with ADW system is an advantage
