Handle daily user support and administrative tasks, including procurement and vendor management.

A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field is required.
You need at least 6 years of experience in business analysis and IT project management.
Strong technical knowledge is essential in areas such as case management, business process systems, web-based solutions, cloud technologies, and Microservices architecture.
You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with fluency in both English and Chinese.
Experience with project and quality management methodologies like PMP and Agile, as well as standards such as ISO, is necessary.
