Collaborate with business and technical teams to document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. You'll perform business impact analysis, evaluate, and design technical solutions to meet business needs.
Manage projects from start to finish. This includes identifying key milestones, forming project teams, tracking activities, monitoring resources, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are met.
Conduct quality assurance activities, prepare end-user training materials and user guides, and lead briefing sessions as part of our change management process.
Assist in change management to ensure a smooth transition for end-users.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in business information system requirements analysis and IT project management.
Strong technical knowledge of systems such as case management, business process, web-based solutions, document management, and data analytics platforms.
Proven experience in project and quality management. A good understanding of methodologies like PMP or Agile and standards like ISO is required.
Proficiency in both spoken English and Chinese.
Experience with programming/scripting languages like Java and Python is a plus.
