Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Business Analyst for Healthbuzz and other critical systems and work under agile & scrum framework.
- Apply insurance domain expertise to strategic plans and guide project/product execution.
- Proactively communicate progress and facilitate project meetings.
- Lead/participate in strategic projects: manage scope, timelines, and documentation for timely delivery.
- Analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement changes for better quality and data management.
- Manage production incidents/defects: develop workarounds, propose/implement long-term solutions.
- Ensure rigorous Quality Control on all fixes (RCA, Unit/User/Business/Integration Testing); coordinate month-end, year-end, and regulatory reporting.
Essential Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or related field.
- Minimum five years of business analysis and project experience (commensurate experience considered for BA).
- Proven experience in Project Management methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of life insurance operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (including technical explanations for non-technical audiences).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, change management, and dispute resolution skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for financial/business analysis.
