You will join an agile delivery governance team comprising transformation leads, PMO directors, and technical subject matter experts. The team environment is dynamic and delivery-focused, offering a highly collaborative setting to influence ways of working, drive process optimisation, and embed Agile best practices across multidisciplinary business and technology units.

Lead business analysis activities across assigned enterprise transformation programmes and technology initiatives.
Facilitate structured workshops with subject matter experts and leadership to elicit, refine, and document business requirements and user stories.
Map current-state processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, redesign, and process optimisation.
Support the selection and adoption of portfolio tools and capabilities to enable automated and modern delivery practices.
Ensure high quality, completeness, traceability, and business ownership of analysis deliverables across the delivery lifecycle.
Bridge business and technology teams to align project objectives, clear impediments, and drive successful delivery outcomes.
Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and support to teams regarding business analysis standards and Agile frameworks.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within large, complex corporate or enterprise environments.
Proven expertise working extensively within Agile delivery environments and Lean ways of working.
Demonstrated domain experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Programme/PMO governance, demand management, or resource and capacity planning.
Strong hands-on capability in requirements elicitation, user story creation, backlog refinement, and business case development.
Proven background in process mapping, workflow redesign, and delivery life-cycle management.
Ability to work independently and manage senior business and technology stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
