We currently manage over US$1 billion in AUM across a variety of Fund of Funds and Co-Investment vehicles on behalf of global investors.

as a Senior Associate within the Infrastructure Investment team, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end investment lifecycle. You will be responsible for screening global infrastructure equity opportunities, conducting rigorous financial analysis, and coordiinvestnating the due diligence process through to closing and post-investment management.

• Professional Qualification: Accounting qualification is mandatory (CPA, CICPA, or equivalent).

• Experience Track Record: 4–7 years of experience in professional services or investment roles. Specifically seeking candidates with backgrounds in:

  • Big 4 Accounting Firms: Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Valuation, Audit, or Corporate Finance.

  • Investment/Finance: Private Equity, Fund Investments, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting.

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CFA designation or other advanced finance degrees are highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: Exceptional analytical skills with advanced financial modeling capabilities.

• Industry Focus: Prior transaction or research experience in Energy, Power & Utilities, Transportation, or TMT sectors is a strong advantage.

• Communication: Flawless oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin (Putonghua) are essential.

• Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, a proactive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team.
