about the job

As a Senior Analyst in the Distribution Marketing & Engagement division, you will:

• Monitor, track, and manage the end-to-end execution of sales incentive campaigns, contests, and agent recognition frameworks.
• Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and calculate return on incentive investments.
• Design, write, and distribute high-impact, bilingual promotional copy and official corporate announcements across multiple digital channels.
• Manage corporate communication platforms, including newsletters, internal memos, and instant messaging networks tailored to a large salesforce.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relations, and budget tracking for major corporate events, awards programs, and distribution initiatives.
• Identify process bottlenecks within tracking systems and deploy automation strategies to enhance daily operational efficiency.
• Support cross-functional business transformation projects and ad-hoc corporate events as directed by senior leadership.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Communications, Journalism, or a highly analytical/quantitative discipline.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in campaign orchestration, business support analytics, rewards management, or corporate communications
• Strong data interpretation and problem-solving capabilities, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization tools, or modern CRM platforms is a major advantage.
• Exceptional bilingual command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin writing proficiencies are mandatory) for high-conversion copywriting and professional messaging.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to perform under tight deadlines within a highly matrixed corporate environment.
