Lead the development and enhancement of in-house applications, ensuring they meet business objectives.
Assess project viability by conducting feasibility studies and impact analysis from an IT perspective.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but a Higher Diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in the IT field, with a minimum of 1 year in the financial industry.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET Framework development, specifically with C# and VB.NET.
Strong skills in SQL Server for database management and optimization.
Experience with Bloomberg trading systems, Portia, or IBM MQ is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
Must be a self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently to solve problems.
Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese and a collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset are essential.
