Technical Consultancy: Provide expert support on anchor fastening and fire-stop solutions to specifiers (Architects/Engineers) and end-customers within the construction and energy industries.
Strategic Specification: Act as a technical consultant to ensure our proprietary products and systems are specified in the early design stages of major projects.
Engineering Solutions: Propose specific engineering designs and services tailored to meet complex construction project requirements.
Design Leadership: Promote and provide professional anchor designs utilizing advanced engineering software.
Business Development: Identify new applications and market trends with high business potential for anchor and fire-stop systems.
Pipeline Management: Develop comprehensive specifier visit plans and build a robust project pipeline through proactive "spec-in" work.
Knowledge Sharing: Organize and lead technical training sessions and seminars for specifiers and end-customers to maintain our position as an industry leader.
Site Execution: Provide essential on-site technical support, specifically focusing on anchor testing and commissioning work to ensure safety and compliance.
skills & experiences required.
Education: Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an engineering or technical sales capacity. Candidates with experience in MNCs or customer-facing roles within the construction/energy sector will be prioritized.
Core Competencies: Proven ability to build relationships with all levels (from design directors to site foremen).
Mindset: A dynamic, high-performance mindset. You must be comfortable hitting "Spec-in" targets and delivering technical results on active sites.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in engineering design software and MS Office Suite.
Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must with other Asian languages like Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.
Mobility: Openness to future relocation for career advancement into senior leadership roles within the group.
