Our client provides comprehensive solutions across diverse sectors including MVAC, electrical, and mechanical engineering in the Hong Kong and Macau regions. Known for their technical expertise and a strong portfolio of both private brands and international supplier partnerships, they are now seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join their expanding team.about the job.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of business growth, managing both technical execution and strategic relationship building. You will act as a key technical consultant, ensuring that engineering solutions meet the specific needs of diverse HVAC projects.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Account Management: Take over and nurture key accounts while proactively engaging new customers to uncover fresh sales opportunities.
Technical Support: Execute existing projects, respond to RFQs (Request for Quotations), and provide professional technical support to customers.
Strategic Growth: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
Field Engagement: Conduct regular customer site visits across Hong Kong and Macau to ensure project alignment and success.
Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate orders with factories and contractors; provide technical solutions to vendors/suppliers during the product development phase.
Brand & Portfolio Management: Oversee ODM/OEM coordination for the company’s private brand and manage relationships with imported suppliers.
Market Advocacy: Build strong long-term relationships with stakeholders, including facilities management companies, to enhance branding and marketing efforts.

Education: Associate Degree, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Experience: 0 - 3 years of solid experience in sales and marketing , within the MVAC sector is preferred.
Soft Skills: Self-confident, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure with excellent interpersonal skills.
Language Skills: Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Availability: Immediate availability will be considered a significant advantage.
Note: Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Sales Engineer or Manager grade.
