About the company
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced safety professional to join a highly respected international organization in a brand-new, corporate-focused role. As the Safety Manager / Assistant Manager, you'll be a key leader within the in-house Health & Safety department, reporting directly to the Division Head, where you'll be instrumental in shaping the company's safety culture and policies.

About the role
Directly reporting to Division head, you will be responsible but not limited to:
- To review & provide all Safety management (from training, audit, policy review, inspection, investigation, reporting) advices and guidances to head office, operation, event & conferences
- Develop, implement, evaluate and refine the short and long term EHS objectives and work plan, and effectively work with respective managers at each site
- Arrange and coordinate all necessary Safety programs for all employees and contractors to achieve overall EHS &S goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experiences in corporate H&S health & safety
- With prior experiences in reviewing, establishing, driving and advising formal policies, guidelines, drafts
- Good command in Chinese and English
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills, confident to be communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Degree holder in engineering/ science/ public health/ politics and public administration or relevant discipline
