Handle full spectrum on structuring and executing of corporate finance transactions
Conduct due diligence work and prepare for the listing of companies in Hong Kong, including application and documentation as required
Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, which include IPO, M&A, equity fund raising, issuing and underwriting equity securities and other types of transactions
Leading the overall IPO procedure and liaise with internal and external counterparties including domestic enterprises, listed companies, international banks and corporate investment divisions
Assess potential deals, set objectives, explore new business and maintain good client relationships.
Business travel is required;
Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management
skills & experiences required.
Strong experience in IPO during the past three years
University Graduate or above in Finance, Economics or related discipline; preferably with CFA / CPA / MBA qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ corporate finance experience with a reputable investment bank or corporate finance department of sizable securities firm
Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must
Holder of Representative License for SFC Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity
Proficiency in MS Word (Chinese word processing), Excel and PowerPoint
Strong business acumen, good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills together with problem solving capabilities
