Our client, a leading and well-established commercial bank, is looking for high-caliber professionals to join their Retail Banking team. This role is uniquely focused on pure wealth management, allowing you to dedicate your expertise entirely to investment and insurance solutions without the requirement of handling lending or traditional deposit-taking duties.

Actively explore new business opportunities through strategic marketing and cross-selling of the bank's diverse investment and insurance suites.

Who We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates from diverse financial backgrounds, provided you have a strong sales track record in wealth products:

Banking Pros: Current RMs or Investment/Insurance Specialists looking for a more focused product scope.
Insurance Experts: Successful Insurance Agents or Brokers from brokerage firms looking to transition into a banking environment.
Securities Specialists: Investment Specialists from securities firms with a deep understanding of market trends.

Requirements

Education: Degree holder in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wealth management (Investment & Insurance).
Licensing: Qualified to carry out regulated activities (IIQE 1, 3, 5 and HKSI 1, 7, 8). Professional qualifications like ECF-RWM are a significant advantage.
Skills: Strong relationship management and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
