This is a pure Relationship Management role with no sales targets. You will focus entirely on client retention and happiness by acting as the bridge between your clients and the internal operations team.
Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders (CFOs/COOs), ensuring technology and service delivery align with their business goals.
Product Evolution: Capture client insights to drive strategic FinTech enhancements and influence the product roadmap.
Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and deepening the footprint of the firm’s technology suite within existing accounts.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: Decent years in Financial Services, with a strong preference for Investment Banking, Asset Management, or FinTech-driven Fund Services.
Knowledge: Deep fluency in Hedge Fund and Private Equity structures, paired with an interest in tech-enabled operational efficiency.
Communication: A sophisticated communicator who can translate complex technical/operational solutions into clear business value for senior executives.
