- Assist with the drafting, proofreading, and translation of legal documents and operational templates, while assisting with marketing and pitch materials.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support ongoing matters.
- Liaise with external regulatory bodies, clients and professional intermediaries.
- Oversee the indexing of case files, closing binders, and internal knowledge-management platforms
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of corporate or financial services regulatory experience gained within a reputable law firm, or an in house legal team.
- Prior exposure to dealing with financial institutions or regulators (SFC, HKEX, HKMA) is advantageous.
- Strong academic track record with a law degree (or equivalent postgraduate legal qualification) from a well-regarded academic institution.
- Near native fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
