Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of products, ingredients, labelling, packaging, and product claims to maintain the company's reputation with customers and regulatory agencies in ASEAN and North American markets.
- Serve as the liaison between regulatory bodies and the company on all regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product supply continuity and regulatory adherence.
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements and emerging trends in relevant markets, providing insights on regulatory changes and their implications.
- Proactively identify and address potential regulatory issues to minimise impact.
- Offer scientific and nutritional expertise to support new product development, consumer education, and scientific communication.
Requirements:
- University degree in Science related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food/beverage industry in ASEAN
- Established network with regulators and scientists in ASEAN markets is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (preferably in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong multitasking abilities.
- Proven team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a creative and innovative mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work outside Hong Kong.
