You will lead a specialised unit dedicated to Operational Resilience and IT Service Continuity. The team acts as a central pillar of the organisation’s risk management strategy, collaborating closely with the Crisis Management Team (CMT) and global business units. You will work in a high-stakes environment where technical proficiency and strategic foresight are equally valued to protect the group’s stakeholders.

Monitor and improve Operational Resilience (OR) and IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) against rigorous Group Standards.
Act as the BCM Lead to coordinate the maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for critical scenarios, including massive IT outages and third-party failures.
Design and implement technical response initiatives focused on rapid containment, eradication, and recovery during security incidents.
Enable consistent risk decisions by ensuring the Crisis Management Team (CMT) is adequately trained and security capabilities are integrated with business operations.
Conduct Vendor Security Assessments (VSA/VSDD) and lead projects focused on business process design and systems integration to address continuity weaknesses.
Formulate innovative ideas to improve efficiencies and execute relocation plans for facilities services when required.

skills & experiences required.

At least 5+ years of experience specifically within Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
Professional BCM certifications such as CBCP or CBCI are highly advantageous.
Strong expertise in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and experience in IT Infrastructure/disaster recovery.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) is essential.
