This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end execution of radiotherapy projects across Hong Kong and Taiwan, with occasional support for broader APAC markets. - Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of radiotherapy equipment (e.g., Linear Accelerators, Brachytherapy) from site survey to clinical handover.
- Collaborate with hospital estates, architects, and physicists to ensure site readiness, including radiation shielding requirements and electrical/mechanical specifications.
Act as the primary technical contact for clinical partners and distributors in Hong Kong and Taiwan, ensuring projects align with local hospital workflows.
Travel occasionally to support complex installations or technical audits in other APAC markets, including South Korea and Thailand.
- Manage third-party contractors and logistics partners to ensure high-precision installation standards and strict adherence to timelines.
- Ensure all installations comply with international safety standards (IEC), radiation safety regulations, and local healthcare policies.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management or field engineering for high-capital medical equipment; direct experience in Radiotherapy or Medical Imaging is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical site planning, radiation safety, and the integration of medical software systems (PACS/DICOM).
- Willingness to travel between Hong Kong and Taiwan and occasionally to other APAC regions.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with regional teams and local stakeholders.
