Due to expansion, they are seeking a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expert team in Hong Kong.

You will drive financial excellence across a diverse portfolio of projects, specifically focusing on A&A (Alterations & Additions) and high-end Fit-out works. You will have a direct impact on asset classes including Luxury Retail, Data Centers, and Grade-A Office spaces, leading full-cycle cost management from initial feasibility to final account settlement.

skills & experiences required.

Experience: 5–10 years of solid experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally within a Professional Consultancy (PQS) framework.

Project Expertise: Proven track record in A&A and Fit-out works. Specific experience with Luxury Retail brands, Data Centers, or corporate Office renewals is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of local standard methods of measurement (HKSMM), tendering procedures, and contract administration.
Academic Background: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
Professional Qualification:MRICS / MHKIS is a significant advantage.
Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken) to draft complex contractual correspondence and lead international meetings.
Soft Skills: Sharp negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the resilience to manage multiple deadlines.
