As a QA Specialist, you will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to exceptional quality and regulatory compliance. You will be at the forefront of ensuring our products and processes meet the highest standards, directly contributing to our reputation for reliability and value. You will be responsible for:

Technical Expertise: Taking ownership of the technical aspects of our diverse product range.
Process Integrity: Rigorously ensuring adherence to technical and quality processes, and meticulously preparing comprehensive testing reports.
Quality Control: Overseeing and refining product control processes to guarantee consistent quality throughout the lifecycle.
Hands-on Evaluation: Conducting thorough quality checks on products to identify and address any deviations.
Collaborative Testing: Partnering closely with internal teams to define testing requirements and effectively addressing customer inquiries.
Supplier Partnerships: Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with our suppliers to ensure quality at the source.
Continuous Improvement: Undertaking other tasks as directed by the QA Manager to support the ongoing enhancement of our quality systems.

skills & experiences required.

Education background in Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
Familiarity with International Safety Standards (UL, ISTA, ASTM & AQL), experience working with 3rd party laboratories, and/or experience in firmware and Apps testing is a strong advantage.
Exceptional analytical and data mining skills to identify trends and drive improvements.
Outstanding communication and organizational abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive approach to learning, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility with proven project management skills.
Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on travel to China and Southeast Asia.
Ability to thrive both independently and as a valuable member of a team.
Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Chinese typing.
