... - Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to provide comprehensive technical support within scheduled product development timeframes.
- Working with commercial teams and suppliers to ensure a range of products meet our product specifications, product performance, functionality, and reliability standards, as well as all safety regulations in target markets.
- Conducting product testing on domestic appliances, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
- Assisting in preparing for and participating in buying trips as necessary.
- Following up on inspection failures related to changes in product approval while reviewing product quality returns and investigations, and collaborating with relevant parties to resolve these issues.
- Identifying opportunities and initiating product and process improvement projects to eliminate poor quality and non-value-added activities.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge in testing domestic appliances is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements, especially UK and Nordics.
- Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes would be advantageous.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), both written and spoken, are required.
