Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, colleagues, and suppliers to provide comprehensive technical support within scheduled product development timeframes.
Working with commercial teams and suppliers to ensure a range of products meet our product specifications, product performance, functionality, and reliability standards, as well as all safety regulations in target markets.
Conducting product testing on domestic appliances, ensuring products meet quality and performance standards.
Assisting in preparing for and participating in buying trips as necessary.
Following up on inspection failures related to changes in product approval while reviewing product quality returns and investigations, and collaborating with relevant parties to resolve these issues.
Identifying opportunities and initiating product and process improvement projects to eliminate poor quality and non-value-added activities.

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge in testing domestic appliances is highly desirable.
Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements, especially UK and Nordics.
Understanding of manufacturing systems and processes would be advantageous.
Ability to work within tight deadlines, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle pressure.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin), both written and spoken, are required.
