As a Public Affairs Manager, you will be a key influencer, leading a dynamic team and providing the strategic direction and creative guidance necessary to achieve significant milestones.

- Develop, plan, and execute integrated public relations, media, and advertising strategies for events, seasonal campaigns, and tourism initiatives.
- Proactively identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and tenants to maximize promotional reach and publicity. This includes collaborating with key partners like the tourism board and payment providers.
- Take a hands-on, strategic approach to public relations, including crafting compelling press releases for local news and tourism publications. You will also manage media relationships and facilitate interviews, including with tourism board representatives and media outlets..
- React to unexpected challenges with a calm and measured approach, leading the team in a crisis and ensuring transparent communication with all stakeholders, including the press and public
- Oversee all aspects of event management, from initial planning and execution to post-event evaluation and ROI analysis. Provide strategic and creative direction for festive campaigns..
- Provide strategic direction and creative guidance to a team of marketing professionals, ensuring successful program execution.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in public relations agencies, publications, tourism marketing, or a large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
