As the Product Manager for Bidirectional Charging Solutions, you will be the central driver responsible for bringing complex, high-power products from initial concept through to mass market deployment. You will ensure the products are technically robust, commercially viable, and meet the highest industry standards.

... - Leading the full product lifecycle for bidirectional charging projects, ensuring strict adherence to project management standards, timeline, quality, and risk control.
- Conducting in-depth preliminary market research and technical feasibility studies to define a competitive and actionable product roadmap.
- Owning the product's technical definitions, setting core functional specifications and technical parameters in alignment with market demand and industry standards.
- Applying knowledge of quality assurance processes ($APQP$, $PPAP$, $DFMEA$) and managing documentation for trial and mass production.
- Leading rigorous product testing and verification activities to ensure functions, performance, and reliability meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Proactively serving as a critical bridge to ODM/OEM customers, assisting in project advancement and follow-up business discussions.
- Collaborating closely with R&D and manufacturing partners to align technical goals with production realities.
skills & experiences required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Experience Advantage: Professional experience of 3+ years in EV charging systems, high-power converters, or related automotive electronics is strongly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the hardware product development lifecycle and understanding of power electronics system architecture.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, quick learner, highly responsible, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Good Mandarin and English communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective collaboration with international teams and clients.
- Travel frequency: Travel to Futian Office is expected.
