Formulate comprehensive project charters, business cases, ROI assessments, and budget forecasts for Group Risk strategic initiatives.
Oversee project expenditure against approved multi-currency budgets, managing burn rates and milestone delivery targets.
Drive end-to-end integration across enterprise GRC platforms, core administrative systems, third-party screening feeds, and data lakes.
Direct external software vendors and system integrators to secure seamless technical delivery.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the APAC region to align requirements and rollout schedules.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression cycles, defect triage, and compliance sign-offs.
Establish operational procedures and deliver regional training programmes for local risk champions and end users.

skills & experiences required.

Minimum 8 years of project management experience within Financial Services (Insurance Company is preferred).
Demonstrated track record managing large-scale system integration projects and regional multi-entity rollouts.
Strong domain expertise in Operational Risk, Third-Party/Vendor Risk, GRC platforms and HKMA/IA regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline; PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities when collaborating with executive leadership.
Fluency in English is mandatory; professional proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
