Job Duties:
- Direct the MEP design and engineering phases to ensure compliance with international building codes and sustainability mandates
- Oversee all project phases from initial feasibility and tendering through to construction, commissioning, and final handover.
- Manage multi-million dollar budgets, performing rigorous value engineering and cost-benefit analyses to optimize CAPEX; Act as the lead point of contact for external consultants, MEP contractors, and specialized vendors, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Identify potential technical or logistical risks early in the project lifecycle and implement robust mitigation strategies.
- Align MEP requirements with architectural, interior design, and operational teams to ensure a cohesive end-product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years in project management with a primary focus on large-scale, complex developments.
- Proven experience in the Hospitality or Luxury Residential sector (Hotels, Resorts, or high-end Clubhouses) is highly advantageous.
- Candidates from consultancy background is an added advantage
- Good communication, interpersonal skills
- Good Command in English & Chinese
- Frequently travel is required
