Reporting to the regional leadership, the successful candidate will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of multi-carrier logistics projects. Key responsibilities include:
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring adherence to stakeholder requirements.
Oversee the implementation of new carriers into the outbound network, ensuring seamless integration with TMS and WMS systems.
Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure successful cross-functional project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for external 3PL partners and carriers, aligning on service expectations and optimising delivery performance.
Handle comprehensive RFP processes, including the drafting of detailed requirements and technical specifications for vendor selection.
Support carrier performance post-implementation to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
Identify and mitigate operational risks, including capacity issues and regulatory compliance challenges.
Lead initiatives to reduce costs and enhance service quality through technology and data analytics.
skills & experience required.
Minimum 5+ years of Project or Program Management experience within logistics or supply chain.
Strong domain knowledge of Distribution Centres (DC), 3PL operations, and outbound logistics.
Strong understanding of the APAC logistics landscape, carrier networks, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated success in carrier negotiations and contract management
Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of RFPs and vendor selection processes.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Freight Management solutions is highly preferred.
Experience with Multicarrier Parcel Engine technology (e.g., nShift, Centiro).
Professional PMP or PRINCE2 certification with a track record of driving complex, end-to-end projects.
Experience working within a matrixed environment across NA and APAC regions.
Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery solutions.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a plus.
