As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the full project life-cycle, from conception to successful handover, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role offers the chance to work on some of the most significant and technologically advanced data centre and MEP projects in the industry.

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and to the required specifications.
• Oversee design reviews, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, with a strong focus on MEP systems for data centre environments.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise on complex MEP challenges.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Department head

skills & experiences required.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in MEP systems and Data Centre projects is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of data centre infrastructure, critical power, cooling, and network systems.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from design through to commissioning and hand-over.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
• Good command in English & Chinese
