Orchestrate collaboration among Operations divisions and relevant parties (IT, Legal, Regulatory and other units)
Supervise PMO functions encompassing scheduling oversight documentation visual summaries and advancement updates
Gather and document client operational needs create testing protocols and serve as a point of contact between end-users and technical departments
Oversee and update a record of potential problems underlying truths current difficulties and interconnected elements as well as circulate project development summaries
Undertake analyses to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement
Develop and execute strategies for managing transitions and adoption
Engage in cross-departmental initiatives
Comply with all legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements
Complete mandatory training.

skills & experiences required.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Financial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Engineering
At least 3years of Project Management experience,; prior professional background in Investment Banking Operations
Demonstrated project management capability, preferably within investment bank Operations
Solid grasp of Investment Bank Operations and product knowledge
Proficient in communication, problem-solving, MS Office suite, and fluent in English
