The Opportunity: The Pharma is launching an exciting and strategic Greater Bay Area program to facilitate the future introduction and promotion of our innovative Oncology drug in Mainland China. This initiative aims to build foundational partnerships and pathways for eventual market entry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the oversight of this critical program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distributor Relationship Management:
- Oversee and monitor the activities and performance of appointed distributors in the Greater Bay Area for the Oncology drug program.
- Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with distributor management and operational teams.
- Regularly review distributor performance against agreed-upon KPIs and program objectives.
- Project Oversight and Management:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for the Greater Bay Area Oncology program.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all project activities are executed in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
- Program Promotion and Development:
- Actively promote the objectives and benefits of the Greater Bay Area program to internal and external stakeholders, fostering buy-in and support.
- Identify and explore opportunities for expanding the program's reach and impact within the Greater Bay Area and potentially beyond.
- Gather market intelligence and insights to inform future commercialization strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including but not limited to Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Legal, to ensure alignment and support for the program.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination with its distributor partners.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all program activities adhere to Chinese pharmaceutical regulations and global compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the program and distributor activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration). Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on project management, business development, or distributor management in Mainland China.
- Proven experience in Oncology or speciality pharmaceuticals is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within the Greater Bay Area is a significant advantage.

- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is essential. Cantonese is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
