The Fulfilment Programs team in APAC manages strategic initiatives and projects to deliver new distribution centre expansions and establish new capabilities that transform distribution operations. The Project Manager for Global Fulfilment Programs will deliver these capabilities by providing the expertise to manage projects and operations optimizations within the global supply chain fulfilment function. The primary focus of this role is to deliver a 3PL Project in the APAC region.

Manage and deliver key APAC Projects in support of APAC Fulfilment & Logistics.
Build detailed program/project plans, roadmaps, and charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.
Work with internal stakeholders to create program and project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and associated workplans.
Facilitate solutions with cross-functional partners to manage requirements, solution design, and delivery.
Conduct detailed business analysis to support problem-solving, develop business process mapping, and devise solution options for management decisions.
Partner with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the program scope.
Collaborate with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific program scope of service requirements.
Develop presentation content and manage executive-level updates and business reviews.
Work closely with peers across Global Fulfillment, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

skills & experiences required.
Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in consulting, program management, or management consulting, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, retail environment.
Experience with supply chain, distribution centre programs, and/or working directly with 3rd party logistics (3PL) organizations.
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE, or regional equivalent of project and program related certifications is a plus.
Experience in Program and Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or a technical area required.
Experience with managing RFI/RFP processes including requirements, vendor scorecards, and evaluation.
Experience with managing project budgets.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Microsoft Project.
Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams is seen as an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into a simple narrative for senior executive leaders.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
Ability to drive results independently and collaboratively as a team player.
Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven.
Written and verbal communication skills in English; Japanese and/or Chinese is an asset.
