We are parntering with a leading property developer in Hong Kong. Currently, they are seeking for Project Manager (A&A) to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of A&A, improvement, and renovation projects within our commercial properties, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead and manage all stages of A&A projects, from feasibility study, design and tender, statutory submissions, through to construction, fitting-out, and handover.

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing) and external parties (e.g., consultants, architects, contractors, government authorities).

• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.

• Manage tender processes, review and prepare contract documents, and administer contracts to ensure compliance and quality of work. Ensure all projects strictly adhere to local building regulations, safety standards, and the company's quality specifications.

• Degree holder in Architectural Studies, Building Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in project management, specifically handling A&A, fitting-out, and renovation works for large-scale properties.
• Candidate with Retail / Office project background will be an advantaged
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
• Good Command in English and Chinese
