My client is a reputable insurance company and they are looking for a Project Executive to support project initiatives.

Develop, prepare and proofread customer-facing documents, channel communications, and comprehensive training guides to ensure consistent messaging and operational readiness
Track and coordinate to service system setup activities to ensure timely and accurate implementation, and provide support for ad hoc service related support as needed
Provide administrative support for planning, execution, timeline tracking, and status update preparation
Manage all recurring meetings including schedule arrangement, agenda preparation and documentation

job requirements.

Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration and Healthcare or related discipline
With at least 3 years relevant experience in insurance business, product development, healthcare service and service operations
Proficient in MS office and knowledge in project management tools (e.g. Jira) is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong ability to create impactful presentations
Detail oriented, strong time management and good problem solving skills
Immediate Available is preferred
