You will be joining a prominent global data centre provider known for its high-specification facilities and commitment to operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will join a dedicated site Operations team that manages the construction, transition, and ongoing operation phases of the facility. The team environment is collaborative and fast-paced, valuing accuracy, mutual support, and a "can-do" attitude to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the Operations and FM teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage the Yardi Procurement system for Operations, including creating requisitions, circulating purchase orders, and handling receipting.
- Coordinate with vendors to collect invoices and supporting documents for timely payment submission to Finance.
- Maintain and update critical project registers, including CAPEX lists, cashflow lists, and electrical bill summaries on SharePoint.
- Document incoming customer requests accurately and ensure they are routed to the appropriate executive for processing.
- Assist in internal document approvals, signature circulation, and the preparation of monthly operational reports.
- Manage administrative logistics such as interview arrangements, meeting coordination, and filing training records.
skills & experiences required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role where accuracy and timely delivery were paramount.
- Holding a Diploma or above; a degree in Administrative Management is highly desirable.
- Previous experience within the Facilities Management (FM) field is a significant advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are essential for vendor and stakeholder coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Yardi or similar procurement systems is preferred.
- A well-organised, detail-minded team player who can handle confidential matters with discretion.
