You will join a high-growth Global Community Team where the mandate is to advance mental health and wellbeing through movement and mindfulness. This team is responsible for developing and stewarding best-in-class social impact programmes that resonate on both a local and global scale.
about the job.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Social Impact Programmes, the successful candidate will lead the strategic development, execution, and project management of key initiatives across APAC markets. Core responsibilities include:
Lead and coordinate the regional social impact strategy for APAC to ensure alignment with global sustainability goals and the 2030 Impact Agenda.
Manage and execute local and regional partnerships and community-led impact initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.
Lead internal awareness efforts, including regional internal communications, leadership updates, and impact storytelling.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to amplify social impact initiatives to the public through brand campaigns and community events.
Coordinate and execute regional employee engagement programming in collaboration with global teams.
Set and monitor a portfolio of partnerships in APAC, stewarding relationships with non-profit organisations and institutional partners.
Partner with global teams to monitor and evaluate strategy and partnerships against rigorous KPIs and metrics.
Advise regional partners on social issues and provide subject matter expertise for community response and crisis management.
skills & experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, social impact, international development, or a related corporate innovation field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in non-profit management, corporate social responsibility (CSR), or employee engagement.
Minimum 8+ years of experience managing external partner and consulting relationships.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional APAC language is highly regarded.
Proven experience building and scaling a social impact strategy within a large, matrixed organisation.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex multi-partner initiatives.
Ability to implement grantmaking policies and processes, with knowledge of grant management software.
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with a strong eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.
Must hold valid work authorisation for Hong Kong.
