Our clinet a financial institution, is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the modernization of our core banking supervision systems. This role demands a product owner mindset, deep understanding of banking supervision, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, secure, and compliant solutions.
about the job.Oversee the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle, ensuring timeline monitoring, reporting on progress, and managing project budgets for financial accountability.
Identify potential risks and impediments, executing mitigation strategies to maintain delivery momentum toward business objectives.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation, provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders, and ensure effective communication.
Coordinate change management processes, implement operational policies for end-user support, and oversee release strategy and ongoing operation management.
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, ensure alignment with business objectives, mentor team members in best practices, and drive digital innovation.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
At least 7 years' experience in project and product management, preferably in finance or regulatory technology.
Strong knowledge of program development life cycles and stakeholder management.
Ability to translate business requirements into product features.
Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong communication and analytical skills.
