Key Responsibilities:
Drive Distribution & Sales: Oversee product distribution, lead sales initiatives (e.g., cross-selling, up-selling), and collaborate with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns. Utilize data to develop sales strategies and compelling product materials for the salesforce. Provide market briefings and gather frontline insights to refine sales pitches.
Manage Partnerships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with local Hong Kong insurance carriers to strengthen partnerships, drive promotions, and conduct joint marketing efforts. Provide local market insights for the global carrier strategy.
Governance: Lead the onboarding and governance of carriers and products, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. Evaluate and recommend HNW insurance products, maintain the Approved Product List, and support internal committees with due diligence. Stay updated on regulatory changes and refine approval frameworks.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in life insurance or financial services, with HNW client and product exposure preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with life insurance illustration tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of HNW-oriented life insurance products.
Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
