As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and enabling an immediate and wider team to deliver against key business objectives.
• Proactively overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from development to market.
• Continuously reviewing supplier performance against business requirements, including trading terms, price, and quality.
• Supporting the Sourcing Director in setting budgets for allocated product categories.
• Monitoring and managing your category team to achieve performance targets.
• Identifying and mitigating risks within product categories and supplier relationships.
• Validating the sourcing and category strategies to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintaining outstanding service levels for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Profound knowledge in SDA and LDA products.
• Experience in leading a team.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
• Good proficiency with various business systems and processes.
• Familiar with the EU/ UK market.
