Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute long-term strategies and annual roadmaps for fintech products, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Lead product requirement analysis, prioritization, and iteration planning, collaborating with technology, design, marketing, and operations teams for efficient product delivery.
- Analyze global fintech trends, regulatory policies, and user needs to drive product innovation and enhance market competitiveness.
- Manage the product team, including talent acquisition, training, performance evaluation, and career development.
- Work closely with global partners and cross-regional teams to ensure products meet international standards and localized requirements.
- Optimize product experience through continuous data analysis and user feedback to improve user retention and commercial value.
Requirements:
- Over ten years of product management experience, with a minimum of five years in a team leadership role within the fintech sector.
- Proven track record of successfully leading the complete lifecycle of fintech products, including hands-on experience in building products from inception (0 to 1).
- Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) for leading cross-border teams and participating in international conferences.
- Proficiency in agile development processes, familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence, and strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
- In-depth understanding of financial industry compliance requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, GDPR).
