Managing all overseas orders comprehensively, from initial quotation to final shipment.
Serving as a key communication link between internal teams, overseas vendors, and customers.
Maintaining close communication with factory colleagues to proactively identify and resolve production and supply issues.
Handling defective product issues, including coordinating replacement shipments and settling related payments.
Managing compliance-related tasks such as RoHS and environmental surveys.
Taking initiative to actively participate in and lead various business improvement projects.
Contributing to the achievement of overall company and team objectives.

At least 2 years of working experience in the Procurement field
Demonstrated ability to work independently, tackling complex projects, issues, and challenges.
Fluent in spoken and written Japanese/Korean, English, and Mandarin is a must.
Knowledge of digital transformation concepts and tools is an advantage.
Willingness and ability to undertake business travel as required.
Immediate availability is preferred.
