We are representing a high-profile, global electronics manufacturer. As their primary sourcing arm in Asia, this entity manages the end-to-end supply chain for mission-critical systems. We are seeking a technically-grounded Procurement Specialist to oversee the sourcing and production of high-precision Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) for a sophisticated international market.

• Identify and audit Tier-1 PCB manufacturers capable of high-density (HDI) and multi-layer production.
• Ensure all suppliers and products adhere to high reliability standards and rigorous quality protocols.
• Lead RFQ processes, conduct "should-cost" analysis, and negotiate high-value contracts.
• Conduct regular factory audits and production monitoring to ensure yield rates and lead times align with global requirements.
• Manage complex international supply chain movements, ensuring compliance with export controls and dual-use regulations.

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain, or a technical discipline.
• 8+ years in electronics procurement, with a specific focus on PCB/PCBA manufacturing.

• Strong command of PCB fabrication processes and SMT assembly.

  Deep knowledge of the electronics vendor ecosystem in Greater China and Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with IPC standards and high-reliability manufacturing.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to work independently within a lean regional office.
• Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or other regional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to travel regionally for supplier audits.
