• Develop and execute local purchasing strategies and manage supplier development for assigned direct and indirect materials commodity.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including tender and contract management, utilizing systems like SAP.
• Analyze procurement costs, identify opportunities, and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Build and maintain strong, productive business partnerships with suppliers and conduct performance tracking.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to manage procurement requirements.
• Demonstrate strong ownership and a results-oriented approach to achieve procurement objectives.

skills & experiences required.

• 5-8 years of solid working experience in both indirect and direct material procurement.
• Proven experience in project procurement is essential.
• Mandatory experience working within an international or multinational company (MNC) environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business or Engineering.
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Possess an extroverted and collaborative personality suitable for stakeholder and supplier relationship building.
