Lead the end-to-end implementation and system setup of a major Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform, including Travel & Expense (T&E), Sourcing, and Contract Management modules.
Act as the primary Business Process Owner, translating complex operational requirements into automated system configurations, approval hierarchies, and supplier setups.
Drive the formulation of localized Procurement Policies from scratch, standardizing procedures across requisitioning, POs, invoicing, and vendor onboarding.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal stakeholders and group product teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely milestone delivery.
Ensure all system governance, compliance review workflows, and supplier due diligence processes align with stringent offshore regulatory frameworks and global financial standards.
Develop comprehensive user manuals, documentation, and deliver change management training sessions to cross-functional users.
skills & experiences required.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) is highly advantageous.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience functioning as a Procurement Manager, PMO, or Business Process Lead within a sourcing function.
Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing large-scale P2P systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle) is strictly required.
Prior experience working within the insurance, financial services, or heavily regulated government sectors is highly preferred.
Exceptional project management skills with a proven track record of mapping workflows, managing tight implementation timelines, and navigating complex regulatory requirements.
A highly independent, investigative self-starter who can manage stress gracefully and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
