As the Private Wealth Director, you will hold the P&L responsibility for your team and market segment. This is a strategic and execution-focused role where your performance directly translates into the firm's growth.
Your core mission is to drive quantifiable results by:
P&L & Target Ownership: Formulating and rigorously executing a high-impact business strategy to ensure the team consistently hits or surpasses aggressive annual sales, AUM, and client acquisition KPIs.
Market Penetration: Leading proactive business expansion, establishing high-value distribution channels, and elevating brand to dominate the regional private wealth landscape.
Building a Championship Team: Recruiting, developing, and mentoring Private Wealth Advisors into a top-performing unit. Implementing clear performance metrics and accountability standards to maximize individual and collective output.
Operational Integrity: Maintaining absolute adherence to compliance standards while actively mitigating operational risks to secure sustainable, high-integrity growth.

We are seeking a leader with a proven, verifiable track record of success in a target-driven financial environment.
Required Licensing: Bachelor’s degree or above. Essential SFC and/or HKMA license holder.
Performance History: Significant, quantifiable experience in retail/personal finance or private wealth management, with a documented history of managing and leading teams to achieve challenging sales and growth targets.
Leadership Mindset: A self-motivated, results-driven professional with exceptional leadership qualities, integrity, and a deep, practical understanding of wealth management products and strategies.
Strategic Acumen: Client-obsessed, with an ability to apply an excellent learning ability to grasp complex market dynamics and product offerings quickly.
Communication & Influence: Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Fluency or high-level proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is highly preferred to effectively engage our top-tier client base.
