Who We Are Looking For:
Established Private Bankers: RMs who with a proven track record and a transferable book of business (minimum $250M USD AUM).
Mainland China Private Bankers: We are seeking high-performing Private Bankers currently in Mainland China who are looking to relocate to Hong Kong. Proven sales track records are essential, and full relocation support is available for the right candidates.
Rising Stars: Top-performing Premier or "Semi-Private" Bankers who are already handling large tickets and want to move into a full Private Banking payout structure.
Skills & experience required:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in a Private Banking or High-End Premier Banking environment.
Proven track record of AUM portability and a deep understanding of the HK/Mainland wealth corridor.
Current holder of SFC Type 1 and 4 licenses is mandatory.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is required to serve the regional client base.
Strong technical knowledge of investment products, DPM solutions, and offshore wealth structures.
