- Manage a full spectrum of policy servicing tasks, including processing alterations, new business applications, and claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, company procedures, and service-level agreements.
- Engage in end-to-end project involvement, such as user acceptance testing (UAT) for new systems, product launches, portal enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong collaboration with the Distribution team to resolve request-level issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
- Conduct data validation and cleansing for TR name searches, verify activity reports, and implement necessary corrections.
- Address quality control findings by refining workflows, recommending procedural updates, and supporting their execution.
- Revise operational manuals, guidelines, and documentation as required to reflect current processes.
- Support management in generating reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree holder is a must.
- 2 years of experience in life insurance operations (New Business/Policy Servicing preferred), with familiarity in policy adjustments, fund transactions, and investment-linked products.
- Possess an understanding of investment and insurance products.
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
- Fresh graduates may be considered for an Assistant Officer position.
