As our Marketing Intern, you'll be a key player on our team, not just an observer. You'll get to gain real, hands-on experience in a fun regional marketing team environment. Your work will directly contribute to our success, and could potentially help build a portfolio of impressive projects.
what this internship is about...
- Be a part of the fun, dynamic regional marketing team to assist in local, regional or even global marketing and branding projects
- Help us brainstorm, write, and design engaging content for our social media channels, and email newsletters
- Assist in planning and executing key marketing projects and reports, seeing them from start to finish
- Support in organising clients and candidates events
- Learn and experiment with AI marketing tools to create content and analyse data
- Help produce a wide range of marketing materials, from brochures to dynamic video content for our social media
- Assist in update spreadsheets, presentations and marketing reports for specific projects
- Collaborate with other marketing peers in the region to conceptualise and work on fun, special marketing campaigns to increase engagement and followers
- Support in performing administrative duties such as managing mailboxes, managing inventory levels of promo items, folder management, event materials preparation, liaising with suppliers and vendors
We want to hear from you if you have...
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Able to be committed to work at least 2 working days per week to qualify for the internship.
- Good language skills - both writing and speaking in English, and Cantonese (traditional Chinese)
- Highly organised with strong work ethics
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good time and project management skills
- PC literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly, Word and Excel
- A solid understanding of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Threads is a plus.
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides etc
- Strong written/verbal communication and people skills
- High adaptability and willingness to learn, with a strong sense of self-motivation
- Most importantly, the ideal candidate should be passionate, enthusiastic and knows how to work hard and have fun!
