My client is a leading investment bank and they are looking for an Operations Officer, Wealth Management to join the winning team.

Strictly follow and implement internal operations procedures
Handle settlement work, including critical day-end processing, to ensure peak client service
Accurately and timely process all trade, clearing, nominee, and cash payment activities
Monitor and manage system day-end processing and comprehensive reporting
Assist in the daily operation of relevant internal and external back-office systems
Address client inquiries concerning settlement and account status

skills & experiences required.

Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
With at least 2 years relevant experience in securities / futures industry
Familiar to CCASS, DCASS, CMU, CMT and related system and banking operation
Proficient in MS Office especially strong in VBA is preferred
Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Night-shift and flexi working hours is required
