• you will monitor daily logistics activities using a KPI matrix, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues such as shipment delays, damages, or losses.
• you will analyse operational data to generate insightful performance reports and presentations for management, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• you will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and key accounts, managing inquiries and assisting with the implementation of new projects.
• you will support the finance team by assisting in the preparation of accurate billing reports.

• diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Analytic, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, or courier services. Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for the industry are also encouraged to apply.
• proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting. Experience with Power BI is a significant advantage.
• excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• strong analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
