A dynamic and close-knit Hong Kong team within a focused global Freight Forwarding network specializing in Air Import/Export services.

about the job.

Monitor and update the status of air import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery and clear communication.
Accurately prepare all necessary Air I/E documentation and complete I/E declarations in compliance with regulations.
Coordinate and execute daily air cargo operational tasks efficiently.
Manage local transportation arrangements to facilitate smooth shipment movement between the office and the fleet team.
Book cargo space and maintain strong working relationships with partner airlines.
Assist with bringing inbound shipments from the office reception to the fleet team for onward delivery.

skills & experiences required.

Previous experience in Air-freight logistics is beneficial but fresh graduates with a relevant Associate Degree or Diploma (e.g., in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business) are strongly encouraged to apply.
Demonstrate a willingness to commit and learn the intricacies of the air freight industry.
Strong command of Cantonese is essential for local operations; conversational English skills are required for communication with international partners.
Basic understanding of air freight operations and logistics principles is a plus.
